Кардиолог — это выпускник высшего медицинского заведения, основными задачами которых являются осуществление диагностически-лечебных и профилактических мероприятий, а также решение медицинских проблем пациентов с широким использованием современных методов диагностики и лечения в медицинских и профилактических учреждений в системе здравоохранения (кардиологические отделения центральных районных, городских, региональных и республиканских больниц, многоцентровых центральных городских поликлиник, кардиологических исследовательских центров и кардиологических клиник, организаций по охране материнства и детства , санаторно-курортные учреждения).
Они проводят исследовательские работы, направленные на профилактику распространению сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, ранней диагностики, лечения и профилактики распространенных заболеваний в условиях научно-исследовательских институтов, научных и медицинских центров Академии наук Республики Узбекистан и Министерства здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан. Кардиологи также участвует в разработке эффективных мер по реализации медицинских и социальных функций в области кардиологии. Он является специалистом во всех аспектах системы здравоохранения, который может быть использован для решения сложных проблем в области кардиологии.
The training purpose in a magistracy in «cardiology» is training of highly qualified specialists of the cardiologists owning in due volume the knowledge, abilities and practical skills necessary in modern cardiological practice, relevant requirements of certification and the subsequent licensing as experts.
Problems of training:
to develop at the modern level of knowledge of epidemiology, an etiology, pathogenesis of diseases of cardiovascular system;
to develop knowledge of use of modern methods of diagnosis of cardiological diseases;
to develop skill of independent determination of necessary volume and a set of medical and diagnostic actions of a cardiological profile;
to teach to carry out necessary and adequate medical and diagnostic manipulations and procedures by the cardiological patient in out-patient and stationary conditions;
to develop ability to interpret results of modern laboratory and tool researches of patients with diseases of cardiovascular system;
to develop skill of rendering the highly skilled help at the modern level at medical emergencies at cardiological patients;
to develop skill of carrying out intensive therapy at diseases of cardiovascular system;
to develop knowledge of carrying out a complex of social and labor rehabilitation actions by the cardiological patient;
to develop ability of realization of preventive actions for decrease in an incidence of the most widespread diseases of cardiovascular system and to the prevention of their complications.
